Job Title: Financial Manager

We are looking for a talented, highly organised Financial Manager to take full control of our end-to-end financial processes - from accounts payable to financial analysis and business partnering - and help us maintain efficiency across our financial tools. You will have many responsibilities such as financial guidance and support to our members and colleagues, to ensure sound business decisions and guarantee that all financial practices in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Analysing change and advising accordingly
• formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Analysing competitors and market trends
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Ranging financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g., auditors, solicitors, and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Managing budgets
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

• Our ideal candidate will have 0-3 years post qualified with ACA or ACCA and will have an interest in Fitness & Wellbeing
